Initial Consultation

Payments
A 50% deposit is required to begin your work. After “you agree” and “we agree”, then the paperwork is signed and faxed or mailed to us. We will then start the actual design process. Please, if you do not understand something, even the smallest of points at this step – PLEASE ASK FOR CLARIFICATION! False expectations and miscommunication do NOT move the design process forward in a useful manner. Collecting Your Content
Any text, content and specific pictures you would like to use on your web site will be provided by you to us for your web site construction. However, we can provide you with access to thousands of royalty free stock photos, in addition, we also offer optional professional copywriting services.

Design Development
In order to give us some idea of what you like we ask you to provide examples of websites you really like, colors you like, and your competitors’ websites. If you want, you can also have a look at our past work and let us know any website elements you liked and we can incorporate the same for your website. We can also provide you with access to our professional high quality Semi Finished Designs and you can choose the one you like most. Once you provide that information to us, usually within 2 working days, you get a creative "mockup" of what your website will look like when it's completed. Design Selection & Finalization
You will be able to review the initial "mockup" version on our secure server. We send you a web link to view the "mockup" and if you have any changes in mind, you can contact your projects manager directly via phone or email and begin to ‘fine tune’ your website. You may request revisions as necessary and then when you feel the project is perfect for your and your company, you will provide final approval.

Web Development
Once the final approval on the "mockup" is received by our offices, we will begin building the real web site and web pages, incorporating all of the content, designs and photos that you have provided.

Pre-launch Evaluation
Before the site goes live, once it is built, you will be able to view all the web site pages to make sure everything is exactly how you want it to be. any desired changes to the copy or photos should be submitted at this time and then you will be able to give your final approval. Then your web site is live to the public.

Launching Your Website
Once the payment has been received by our offices and the final approval has been given, your web site will be published on your domain and it will be live for the entire world to visit.
